How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 4-6 weeks (four to six weeks) from the date of order. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
You can initiate a return request for a delivered product unless the (i) Product is damaged; (b) both the Product and shipping package have been damaged; (iii) Product is defective or is not in working condition; (iv) parts of the Product or accessory is missing; (v) the Product ordered is different from what was ordered. You must initiate such requests for a return within 48 (forty-eight) hours from the date on which you receive the delivery of the Product (“Return Period”) along with images as proof.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed you cannot cancel or request for modifications.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a free replacement.
Do your products require assembly?
Our current collection requires no assembly on your end. Should you order a piece that needs setup in the future, we’ll handle it by sending a professional to assemble it in your home.
How do I care for my furniture?
Routine Cleaning: Wipe regularly with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners, direct sunlight, and excessive moisture to preserve the finish.
Natural Wood Movement: Wood naturally responds to weather and humidity changes by expanding or contracting. This is a completely normal process.
Polish & Maintenance: Over time, the finish may fade. Reapply a quality wood polish as needed to restore and protect the surface.
